A Broken Economy Means Broken People

“It was like a 98% drop in revenue overnight.  All the bills keep coming in, it’s hard to pay those bills.”John Rudolph, co-owner of Harry’s Coffee Shop and Diner.

“As of this afternoon, we’ve been forced to lay off our entire organization. Between all 5 locations that’s approximately 75 fantastic and very hard working people.”~Richard Walker, owner of Richard Walker’s Pancake House

We are estimating that about 60% of all our restaurants have closed. You can imagine how many thousands and thousands of employees have been affected.”~Jeff Rossman, President of the local chapter of the California Restaurant Association.

The above 3 quotes are taken from a March 26th La Jolla Village News article profiling local restaurants in my area.  Multiply them by 10 million and you get an idea of what the 30 million small  business owners around the country are going through, not to…

Re-set anyone?

The Gold Standard

China’s ambassador to Canada has appeared to threaten Hong Kong-based Canadians if Ottawa offers asylum to protesters from the territory.

Cong Peiwu made the comments at a news conference on Thursday where he also accused Canada of being an “accomplice” to the US in detaining Huawei executive, Meng Wanzhou.

Canada is among several countries that suspended extradition agreements with Hong Kong in response to Beijing’s imposition of a sweeping national security law in June. Dozens of MPs recently called for Canada to offer “safe harbour” to pro-democracy protesters fleeing Hong Kong, prompting the warning from Cong.

“We strongly urge the Canadian side not to grant so-called political asylum to those violent criminals in Hong Kong, because it is interference in China’s domestic affairs, and certainly it will embolden those violent criminals,” Cong said.

“If the Canadian side really cares about the stability and prosperity in Hong Kong…

What You Probably Didn’t Know About Human Trafficking

Slavery Then and Now

(Picture from humantrafficking.ohio.gov)

In January, the Huffington Post created an article titled, “10 Things You Didn’t Know About Slavery, Human Trafficking (And What You Can Do About It).” On the list were the following statements:

1. Slavery and human trafficking can mean two different things.

2. There are more slaves around the world today than ever before in history.

3. Sex trafficking victims are often treated like criminals.

4. Your state could be doing a lot more to put a stop to trafficking.

5. You support trafficking when you watch porn.

6. Forced laborers are making some of your favorite things.

7. Slaves are working at the very hotels where you vacation.

8. The Super Bowl is the single largest incident of human trafficking in the U.S.

9. Some are working against their will at “massage parlors” that you frequent.

10. Identifying –and helping– a victim is easier than you might…

Confused By World Health Organisation?

I have been incredibly confused by WHO over the past six months. Their 2019, well-researched systematic review on appropriate pandemic responses was completely disregarded. Their lack of leadership was surpassed only by their contradictory messaging. Their focus on one virus to the detriment of all else whilst occasionally making announcements of poverty doubling, 120 million extra starvation deaths or 1.5 million extra TB deaths, felt like a deliberate attempt to gaslight us all.

Stacey Rudin is a writer, activist, community leader, volunteer, and former litigator active in the grassroots movement to ensure future pandemics are managed in accordance with established public health guidelines.

She wrote this article for the American Institute for Economic Research.

What’s Behind The WHO’s Lockdown Mixed-Messaging

Last week, in a major departure from months of pro-lockdown messaging, Britain’s envoy to the WHO Dr. David Nabarrocalled for world leaders to stop locking down their countriesand…

Freedom Of Speech

This afternoon, Bubble.Wales got hold of a leaked letter from the outgoing Wales Director of the Confederation for Public Transport. It had been sent to their members yesterday after they held a ‘behind closed doors’ meeting with Welsh Government Officials on Friday Morning.

This letter explained that at that meeting, senior Welsh Government officers had disclosed:• there will be a Welsh “circuit breaker” lockdown

• it will begin at 18:00hrs on Friday 23 October and last until 00:01hrs on Monday 9 November

• lockdown restrictions from March will be reintroduced – no non-essential shops, hairdressers etc.

• pubs, cafes and restaurants will all be closed

• secondary schools may remain closed beyond the scheduled half term break but a decision hasn’t yet been made on primary schools

• public transport services will be slashed and the “essential travel only” message reinstated

Why does this matter?

Well, on Friday lunchtime, the…

The Year of Disguises, by Roger Koop

A reasoned and knowledgeable article about masking, from Roger Koop at theburningplatform.com:

2020 is a year of disguises. Some examples include computer models/modelers disguised as “science/scientists,” Tyrants/Dictators/Totalitarians disguised as “elected officials,” propaganda machines disguised as “news sources,” brainwashing disguised as “information,” censorship disguised as “public health safeguard,” panic and fear disguised as “social responsibility.”

Even the virus itself has been disguised by humans as an “apocalypse.” But, the last part is not the doing of the virus, but the doings of a select number of humans who are responsible for many of the other disguises as well. And if you look at the totality of events in 2020, it is clear that the average citizen has been treated generally less than human, certainly not as adults in any case.

I believe we are in as great a crisis as a species as we have ever been. The crisis is

I want to provide you some very important information. I’m a committee member within the Liberal Party of Canada. I sit within several committee groups but the information I am providing is originating from the Strategic Planning committee (which is steered by the PMO).

I need to start off by saying that I’m not happy doing this but I have to. As a Canadian and more importantly as a parent who wants a better future not only for my children but for other children as well. The other reason I am doing this is because roughly 30% of the committee members are not pleased with the direction this will take Canada, but our opinions have been ignored and they plan…

Carry On Doctor!

By Paul Homewood

h/t Dennis Ambler

The NHS today took a major step into the decarbonised future, announcing a multi-year plan to become the world’s first net zero national health system.

The move aligns with recommendations by an expert group, the NHS Net Zero Expert Panel, which convened in January to analyse evidence on how the health service can help slash UK emissions. Based on its findings, the NHS has adopted two targets: for emissions under its direct control to reach net zero by 2040, with an interim reduction target of 80 per cent by 2028-32; and for its wider supply chain footprint to reach net zero by 2045, with an 80 per cent reduction target set between 2036 and 2039.

Interventions driving progress towards the goal will include developing new ways of delivering care at or closer to home; greening the NHS fleet, including road-testing a net-zero emissions ambulance…

The Book That Got the Anti-Lockdown German Doctor Arrested! “False Alarm” Learn the Truth

Coronavirus News

So now the Lockdown Agenda powers have made it easy for us and shown us the book they really do not want us to read.

Dr. Heiko Schoning MD of ‘1,000 German Doctors and Scientists against lockdowns’ was arrested in London while speaking at an anti-lockdown rally, at the famous Speaker’s Corner in Hyde Park.

This was after his microphone had been cut off during his speech on the main stage. Speaker’s Corner is a famous free speech bastion. Dr. Schoning was rushed by police, arrested, and put into a van and carted away to jail until released soon after, after hundreds of protesters gathered at the police station where he was being held and at the German Embassy.

Dr. Schoning said that among the items confiscated from him while in custody was the book he was holding up, “Corona, False Alarm?: Facts and Figures”by Karina Reiss Ph.D. and…
