Glad this was kicked up to a court case. Happy for the outcome. Would have been even happier, IF the people that caused the damage, were the ones that had to pay… out of pocket.
Completely agree – especially about paying for the damage out of their own pockets. Bureaucrats f-up and tax payer gets the bill.
