Why this employer no longer hires ‘woke’ Ivy League grads

In an article for the Wall Street Journal, RR Reno writes that he now avoids hiring anyone who attended an Ivy League school. This includes grads from Yale University, Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, Brown University, Princeton University, Columbia University, Dartmouth College, and Cornell University.

Reno, who is editor of First Things, a religious public policy magazine, then explained why by stating the graduates of these schools are too ‘woke’ and too ‘self-important’ to be a reliable employee in a real life work situation.

He adds that even those who have not embraced the woke ideology now flooding these universities have been damaged by the process.
