According to a report by LifeSite News, a Catholic online news service, the Winnipeg City Police have set up a COVID snitch line where neighbours and family can turn in people for supposedly breaking the city’s COVID lockdown rules. Winnipeg is the capital city of Manitoba, a province located in central Canada.
