71% fear lockdowns more than COVID

Certain areas of Britain have gone through some serious lockdowns over the past few months because of COVID and having tried it nearly 71% of people surveyed said they are more concerned about the fallout from lockdowns than catching COVID.

The Daily Mail reports:

Almost three in four people are more concerned about the impact of lockdown restrictions than catching coronavirus, according to a new poll.

Young people are far more concerned about the mental health impact of any lockdown – and whether they will lose their job, according to the survey.

Mental health also ranks as a top concern for women, while a third of pensioners are worried about the suspension of cancer screening.

Their biggest concern was the mental health issues related to the lockdowns.

  1. I’ll be quite happy when all this covid crap is done and over with (but will I live to see it?) like all this political mumbo jumbo that’s currently going on – blogging (ending soon) and posting will finally get back to normal… or what was considered normal
